Process

1 / THE INITIAL VISIT

After arranging a convenient time Megan will pop round for the first home visit, to measure up and discuss ideas and budget. We can also work off architectural plans if the space does not yet exist.

2 / SHOWROOM VISIT

We then arrange a visit to the showroom for a design consultation and an introduction to our products. We will also discuss everything (over a coffee) from door style and colour to flooring and worktops. This meeting can take between 1-2 hrs.

3 / ESTIMATES AND CAD DRAWINGS

Based on all the decisions made in the showroom meeting you’ll receive an estimate, along with HD CAD renders and plan.

4 / DESIGN TWEAKS

Inevitably there will be some tweaking needed so we arrange another meeting, to alter the design, if necessary. This I where we can get down to the details and really focus on those all-important finishing touches.

5 / SCHEDULE START DATE

Once design and materials are agreed, and estimate is accepted, we schedule a start date, send the deposit invoice then the countdown begins!

6 / PRODUCTION BEGINS

Megan confirms the cabinet list with our manufacturer, to begin production. We then schedule any secondary firms required to template stone or glass components.

7 / INSTALLATION

Installation: if no building work is required a kitchen can take between 3-5 weeks to complete and a bathroom 2-3 weeks. John will project manage every element of the job and make sure everything is carried out to the highest standard.

8 / HANDOVER

Hand over; one last clean through then the new room is all yours.
