This is the largest of the two bathrooms we were fortunate enough to work on in The Old Lodge, our client Cherry wanted to make the most of the natural light in the room and add as much warmth as possible.

Opting for a beautiful tumbled marble tiles from Fired Earth, complemented by the Neptune Salt wall and bespoke furniture colour. John and Trevor created the bespoke cabinets and bath panel in our workshop allowing us to use the space exactly how we wished, without being governed by prefabricated sizes, this was crucial as a bath and separate shower were key parts of the design brief and we didn’t want the room to feel cramped.

The Villeroy and Boch under mounted ceramic basin is finished with the timeless ‘Jackie Beige’ Italian Marble and pairs wonderfully with the tumbled marble Simon installed.

The garden in the Old Forge is not overlooked, which meant we were able to replace the obscure glass in the window for clear, an enviable view from the bath.
